About The Position

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity to join our team as a Workday Configuration Analyst. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Workday configuration
• Worked with UNION time off and absence policies
• Prior experience with systems implementations, data analysis, and project management
• Experience with Workday Absence module required
• Other Workday modules as needed - Absence, HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Performance are preferred
• Workday configuration and security
• Change and process management
• Data management and analysis
• Strong communication skills (written and oral presentation skills)
• Able to read and interpret documented information and communications (safety rules, operating instructions and technical manuals)
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management

Responsibilities

• Gather data from company absence plans - both union and non-union
• Manage project using Absence module in Workday
• May use other modules as needed - HCM, Comp, Performance, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting and Security
• Performs configuration analysis and design
• Works closely with HRIS Director to implement designed solutions
• Tests configuration solutions
• Provides content configuration such as help text, notifications, etc.
• Updates fields in Workday
• Understands impact of field updates across the system
• Plans setup and executes mass data updates through EIB process
• Troubleshoots issues in Workday and resolves
• Creates and maintains security policy set forth by IT security and/or Application Manager
• Implements Workday security in accordance with policy
