Your role as a Change Management Consultant will involve leading and/or supporting the change management and training efforts for Workday implementations across Alchemy's higher education customers. The goal of change management is to accelerate Workday adoption by preparing leadership to successfully enable their organizations during deployment and after go-live. The Change Management Consultant will be responsible for developing the strategy, plan, and deliverables based upon SOW requirements and customer needs.
