About The Position
As a Workday Integrations Extend Lead, your primary responsibilities may include leading the design, build, and support testing of Workday Extend applications based on client application requirements. This involves incorporating functional, security, technical, performance, quality, and operations considerations through to deployment. You will actively solve complex business problems by leveraging Workday cloud platform functionality, focusing on Workday Extend, integrations, and custom reporting across various functional areas such as Human Capital Management, Financial, Supply Chain, and Student. You will manage, lead, and contribute to Accenture's Workday Extend Community of Practice to continuously improve development and delivery methods on a global scale. Additionally, you will manage and lead vendor design sessions to oversee the overall program timeline and deliverables. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to meet client objectives for the Workday Extend deployment, emphasizing usability, functionality, and performance of the Extend applications. You will also be responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and the development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary. Leading with an innovative mindset, you will design Extend solutions to address complex business requirements for clients.
