About The Position

Our firm is supporting a series of upcoming federal Workday initiatives, and we are actively seeking Workday-certified consultants with active security clearances to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects with a collaborative team of HRIS and ERP professionals.

Requirements

• Active security clearance (Secret or higher)
• Workday certification in one or more modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Time Tracking, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in Workday implementation or support roles
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations
• Experience supporting Workday in a federal or government contracting environment
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience working within a government or regulated industry
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
• Workday Studio or integration experience is a plus
• Ability to obtain additional clearance if needed

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Workday implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to design and configure Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Time Tracking, etc.)
• Perform functional and technical analysis of business requirements and translate into Workday solutions
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution
• Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal security and data governance standards
