This role is integral to a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that enhance and optimize essential corporate functions such as finance, analytics, planning, and HR. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping clients transition their data operations into cloud environments, utilizing Workday's enterprise data-reporting software, which is a critical component of many cloud solutions designed by Accenture. With a team of over 2,000 Workday-certified professionals, Accenture is committed to delivering exceptional service and expertise in this area. In this position, you will help HR and Finance leaders define and execute their strategies, providing them with the adaptability needed in a rapidly changing world. The role offers an opportunity to enhance your skillset beyond Workday technology through the Transformation Powered by Workday Training, which aims to elevate your consulting capabilities. As a Workday Learning Application Management Services (AMS) Functional Service Lead, you will oversee multiple functional work streams on a Workday AMS engagement, manage both onshore and offshore functional teams, and lead the Learning AMS engagement by driving decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality. Your responsibilities will include identifying strategies, risks, and options, troubleshooting production issues, implementing enhancements, mentoring project staff, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. You will also be responsible for advising clients on industry standards, providing project status updates, and ensuring that all work streams are cohesive. Additionally, you will assist in the sales process, demonstrate strong client management skills, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies. This role may require travel, with the amount varying from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.
