The Workday Business Analyst partners with functional area leads of the College to analyze current business practices and processes in Workday systems and how technology is or can be used to support those business practices and processes. Recommend changes to improve efficiencies and implement best practices. Create reports for both internal and external consumption and coordinate state and federal reporting requirements. As part of a team, work with other business analysts to coordinate efforts in streamlining business processes and practices across functional areas. Effectively communicate system or process changes to users with varying technical knowledge. This position reports to the Associate Director, Enterprise Solutions.
