The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. This role is in MUFG America's HR Technology team; in this role you will serve as a bridge between Technology teams and HR business teams. You will focus on analyzing, documenting, and validating business needs in relation to system functionality. You will be able to translate those requirements into design, collaborate with business, global cross-functional and technical teams for development and implementation. You will have good experience of HR business processes, such as Recruitment, Compensation, Performance Management, Benefits, Absence, and Payroll. You have worked on implementations, support, and enhancements of Workday HCM or similar enterprise HR product. You have some experience in Workday, Integrations, Reports, Functional Analysis, Development, Test, and Deployment. In this role you will also lead Technology governance processes for the team to ensure design, development and implementation of applications programs and services meet Business needs as well as comply with organization's information security, risk, change management and other Policy/Standards requirements. You'll ensure process maps and documentation for HR Technology portfolio remain current, and that process changes are effectively led from a control perspective.
