About The Position
This role involves configuring and maintaining Workday modules, developing workflows to drive efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, generating insightful reports, and troubleshooting issues. The Workday Analyst will collaborate with HR, Business Services, and academic teams to understand and translate business needs into functional solutions within Workday. As a subject-matter expert, you will ensure the system operates efficiently and aligns with organizational goals while continuously identifying and implementing improvements. This is a full-time role with a hybrid weekly schedule (2-3 days in office required) following the initial training period.
