About The Position

Infosys is seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager with agile program to lead and manage Workday implementation projects using agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program and project management, ensuring successful delivery of Workday solutions within scope, timeline, and budget.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
Location for this position is Irvine, CA or Los Angeles, CA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
Strong experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday Applications as a Lead in the Agile framework.
Proven experience in Workday implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
Excellent leadership,munication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Nice To Haves

Workday manager certified and PMP/PMI or scaled agile certified.
Experience with Workday integrations, reporting and technicalponents.
Workday HCM functional knowledge and Workday technical knowledge.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar agile project management platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead Workday implementation projects using Agile principles and frameworks.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as s planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
