About The Position

Huron is seeking a Director to join their global consultancy. Directors at Huron are highly professional and expert individuals who collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to design and implement enterprise technology solutions, ensuring remarkable results that often exceed engagement objectives. They are responsible for client engagement delivery oversight, team leadership, and program management. Directors are also crucial in building lasting relationships that lead to additional project work. They bring over 10 years of experience, helping organizations solve complex challenges and driving growth for both clients and Huron. Their leadership inspires clients, junior staff, and management, fostering a culture of progress, solution creation, and effective communication. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
  • 4+ years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist
  • Minimum 5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights while managing a team
  • 5-7 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
  • Willingness to travel as needed to work with client or other internal project teams

Nice To Haves

  • Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
  • May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
  • Experience leading medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects
  • Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
  • Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel
  • Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities
  • Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
  • Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo's
  • Willingness to attend and present at orals
