Workamper (Season 2026 April / October)
About The Position
The Blue Water Workamper program is available at participating Blue Water properties throughout the Blue Water portfolio to candidates with their camper and a desire to work and live on the property for the defined season/period. Contingent upon location and completion of the agreement, Contingent upon location and completion of the agreement, Blue Water provides free site accommodation, free usage of utilities and amenities (per work camp agreement), wages for all hours worked, and an opportunity for an end-of-agreement bonus. We’re looking for Workcampers with campground/hotel experience who own an RV/Camper. Someone who can work independently or as part of a team on demand has strong attention to detail and is interested in providing exceptional guest services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and friendly when confronted with upset visitors or problems
- The ability to be on your feet, ride a bike and/or drive a golf cart and move around freely with guests
- Ability to work positively with other campground employees and other staff members
- Support all company policies and procedures.
