Workamper (Must have own RV)
About The Position
Blue Water provides free site accommodation, free usage of utilities and amenities (per work camp agreement), and wages for all hours worked. Pay and Benefits: Hourly wage rates vary depending on role, state, skills, and experience. Workamping—Seasonal roles are not eligible for health benefits but are eligible for sick time and holiday pay. We’re looking for Workcampers with hospitality experience who own an RV/Camper. Someone who can work independently or as part of a team on demand has strong attention to detail and is interested in providing exceptional guest services. Workcampers are required to work 40 hours a week depending on campground needs
Requirements
- Must have own RV
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and friendly when confronted with upset visitors or problems
- The ability to be on your feet, ride a bike and/or drive a golf cart and move around freely with guests
- Ability to work positively with other campground employees and other staff members
- Support all company policies and procedures.
