About The Position

The Senior Work Week Manager at Constellation is responsible for directing the development and execution of detailed maintenance schedules at the Peach Bottom Clean Energy Center. This role involves ensuring compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rules while managing risks during the execution week. The manager will collaborate across departments to resolve scheduling conflicts and mentor team members, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with 6 years of general power plant experience in maintenance, operations, engineering, or work management, including 3 years of exempt/professional level experience.
• Good interdepartmental communication skills (verbal and written).
• Solid leadership skills.
• For Senior-Level: Minimum 8 years of general power plant experience, including 3 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of plant operations and systems.

Nice To Haves

• Strong personal computer (PC) scheduling knowledge.
• Current or former SRO License/Certification.
• Engineering or technical degree.
• Experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the detailed schedule development for the assigned work week to ensure compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rules.
• Ensure the execution of the assigned work week schedule with minimal oversight, maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Provide direction to planners, schedulers, Project Managers, and support personnel for effective schedule execution.
• Manage priority emergent work for the assigned work week.
• Evaluate scheduling execution performance and develop weekly performance analysis reports.
• Assist in forced outage coordination as required.
• Coach, mentor, and develop members of the work management organization.
