About The Position

As a Work Week Coordinator at Centrus Energy, you'll be the orchestrator of plant performance, turning complex maintenance and modification plans into smooth, efficient, and well-executed operations. You’ll juggle timelines, align teams, and lead the charge during execution weeks to keep our facility running like a well-oiled centrifuge. You’ll take command of the planning and scheduling of assigned T-Weeks, collaborating with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure everything is coordinated, prioritized, and ready for action. During execution weeks, you’ll be the key point of contact for real-time updates, schedule conflict resolution, and emergent work coordination. You'll lead daily status meetings, monitor performance metrics, and keep plant leadership informed on schedule progress, compliance, and impact. It’s your job to make sure the right work gets done, at the right time, with the right people—every time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of cumulative experience in nuclear power or industrial maintenance, operations, scheduling, engineering, or project management
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Maximo and/or Primavera P6 scheduling experience preferred.
