About The Position

The Work Study, Student Ambassador position at Brunswick Credit is designed to help students develop professional customer service skills by assisting students, faculty, and guests at the Brunswick University Center. Requirements

• Have completed at least 6 credit hours at Tri-C.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester.
• Maintain satisfactory academic progress.
• Adhere to College's confidentiality policy.
• Successfully pass background/drug screening.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service, reliability, effective leadership skills, and strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Brunswick University Center students, faculty, and guests.
• Provide administrative support to Brunswick University Center Administrative staff.
• Support students during peak periods.
• Assist students with My Tri-C Space.
• Provide campus tours.
• Assist with on and off campus events such as open houses, NSO, college fairs, and high school visits.
• Participate in leadership programs and attend student success workshops.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
