About The Position

The UT Public Testing Center (SZB 5.102) is currently recruiting for student worker positions to support the daily check-in and proctoring processes for all clients of the UT Public Testing Center, which include members of the undergraduate and graduate students as well as members of the general public. Work hours are flexible between the hours of 8am-5pm.

• Enrolled undergraduate with a Work Study Award

Responsibilities

• Complete all check-in processes for exams, including ID and exam verification and well as exam expectations review.
• Provide clients their first point of contact with the UT Public Testing Center.
• Demonstrate openness, inclusiveness, and the ability to interact respectfully with all people.
• Support general front desk and office operations, including maintenance of physical space and high-level customer service to clients of the center.
