About The Position
As the Work Site Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a work-based learning experience in a competitive integrated setting for eligible VR clients who are enrolled in high school. Your role involves facilitating on-site support and leading classroom discussions using ODEP's soft skills curriculum to develop employability skills in a real work environment. You will complete necessary plans, reports, and paperwork as assigned.
