About The Position

Join JLL as a Workplace Ambassador where you'll serve as the cornerstone of exceptional workplace experiences that leave lasting impressions on our clients and their teams. This client-facing role combines your passion for hospitality service with outstanding interpersonal skills to create a culture of excellence in the modern workplace. As the dedicated host for colleagues and guests, you'll act as a trusted advisor helping with site amenities access, work requests, conference room assistance for VIP meetings, and various other services that elevate the workplace experience. You'll anticipate needs by understanding the most common colleague requests, ensuring seamless operations that allow everyone to focus on their core work rather than administrative challenges. This position directly supports JLL's commitment to delivering enhanced workplace experiences while maintaining consistent, high-quality service at every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with capacity to handle colleague inquiries and issues tactfully and confidently
  • Experience in hospitality, client services, or workplace support roles demonstrating service excellence
  • Ability to conduct thorough facility assessments and maintain detailed reporting standards
  • Professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions and VIP support scenarios
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to triage requests and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Commitment to maintaining SLA compliance and adherence to applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in corporate workplace services, facilities management, or concierge services
  • Knowledge of work order management systems, particularly Corrigo or similar CMMS platforms
  • Experience supporting meeting and event coordination in corporate environments
  • Familiarity with office equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting capabilities
  • Background in employee engagement initiatives or new hire onboarding processes

Responsibilities

  • Triage all work requests to appropriate parties and serve as primary contact for Corrigo requests with regular status updates
  • Conduct daily site walks to assess facility conditions and complete comprehensive daily reports
  • Manage colleague inquiries and issues with tact and confidence while providing seamless customer service
  • Collaborate with Facilities and AV Teams to ensure meeting rooms and collaboration spaces remain in ready-to-use condition
  • Support site facilities coordinator and JLL Meetings & Events Team with room bookings, food deliveries, and conference setup tasks
  • Provide biweekly site tours for new hires and assist with client colleague engagement initiatives and events
  • Participate in daily team huddles and liaise with FM, Engineering, Events teams and vendors to ensure optimal workspace functionality
