About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Manage and facilitate Missouri and Illinois tool committees.
  • Coordinate efforts and ensure alignment of approach with Energy Center and Gas tool committees.
  • Provide Field Experience technical expertise for daily tool/PPE issues, questions, and requests.
  • Manage MRO Stock Codes and drive efficiencies and cost reduction efforts with internal groups and suppliers (additions, removals, review for obsolete, cost reduction opportunities, pushing warranty programs, standardization, etc.).
  • Drive consistent use of tools in the field by working closely with Operations, Training, Manufacturers, and other utilities to benchmark and establish processes and work methods to be used company wide.
  • Provide Field experience technical expertise to Standards Engineers to improve Standards document constructability and equipment/material reliability and usability.
