That means our representatives do not cold-call or solicit. Instead, we meet with families who have already requested our services and help them understand their options.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and confidence with Zoom/online platforms
• Strong work ethic, motivation, and discipline
• Good time management and organizational skills
• The ability to pass a background check
• A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Setting appointments with individuals and families who have requested benefits
• Hosting virtual meetings (via Zoom or phone) to explain available coverage
• Consulting with clients to identify the right plans for their needs
• Building long-term relationships through consistent service and follow-up
• Working with a proven system that simplifies training and success
• Reaching personal and team goals while learning how to grow into leadership roles
