As a Retail Work Experience Trainee, you’ll gain valuable exposure to the retail industry while learning customer service, merchandising, and donation processing. This training role provides the foundation for future retail employment opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be pre-qualified for a Goodwill SoCal work experience program.

Responsibilities
- Customer service and teamwork in a store environment.
- Receiving, sorting, and pricing donations.
- Merchandising and maintaining store displays.
- Workplace safety, cash handling basics, and store operations.
