Build your administrative and professional office skills! This Office Work Experience Trainee position introduces participants to administrative functions in a professional setting. You’ll gain exposure to data entry, customer service, and office organization while developing transferrable workplace skills.

Requirements

  • Must be pre-qualified for a Goodwill SoCal work experience program.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing general information.
  • Filing, data entry, mail handling, and document organization.
  • Using office systems and technology in daily tasks.
  • Communication, attention to detail, and professional etiquette.
