The Work Experience Program Consultant at Grady Health System plays a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and experience. This position involves analyzing data related to employee engagement, identifying areas for improvement, and advocating for actionable solutions to foster a positive work environment. The consultant will focus on organization-wide initiatives related to engagement, recognition, and inclusion, contributing to the overall work experience strategy and maintaining trusted relationships across the organization.

  • Analyze data from engagement surveys, pulse surveys, feedback sessions, and exit interviews to identify areas for enhancing employee experiences.
  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee experience and inclusion programs, including turnover rates and engagement scores.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve internal communication, recognition programs, and workplace guidelines that positively affect employee experience.
  • Research and stay updated on industry best practices for employee engagement and workplace culture improvements.
  • Advise on frameworks and toolkits that can be used by managers and teams to improve employee experiences.
  • Co-facilitate information sessions, workshops, or webinars to share best practices with leaders and managers.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental teams to ensure smooth execution of employee experience initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and using data to drive decision-making within HR or employee engagement contexts.
  • Experience leading large-scale employee experience or culture improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience with human-centered design approaches to employee experience.
  • Experience using different diagnostic methodologies (Journey Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Customer or Employee Journey Mapping).
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Certification in employee engagement, DEI, project management, process improvement, or change management.
