The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) is looking for a Site Supervisor to help fulfill its mission of preparing people with recent criminal convictions for securing employment. Site Supervisors are responsible for supporting, supervising, and training work crews of 5-10 individuals. This involves creating an uplifting work environment, ensuring team member safety, providing on-the-job coaching, and empowering team members to build knowledge and skills, while balancing engagement and accountability. The role is suited for individuals who enjoy a non-traditional, outdoor workspace and being on their feet. Experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring, or motivating youth or adult groups is ideal, as it contributes to making a significant impact on participants' lives and fostering stability. Work hours are typically 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday-Friday, conducted outdoors in all weather conditions, with weekly overtime built into the role. CEO provides employment services to individuals recently released from incarceration, assisting 8,000-9,000 people annually across the U.S. in transitioning to employment. Originating as a demonstration project in the 1970s, CEO has grown into a leading reentry employment organization, having helped over 30,000 formerly incarcerated individuals secure full-time employment since 1996.
