We have an immediate opening for a Work Coordinator in our Little Canada, MN office! Job Description: This is an admin position with the following responsibilities Receive VM Requests: Handle incoming VM requests efficiently. Create WorkStudio VA#s or RE#s: Generate VA#s or RE#s for all jobs, including VM and Cross-Charges. Manage Emergent Work: Oversee reactive, storm, and construction work, including priority poles, batching, SharePoint loading, and WorkStudio steps. PTJs and Associated Tasks: Manage PTJs and related tasks such as dispatch and phone agent responses. Create PRs: Generate PRs for all jobs, including VM and Cross-Charges. Create/Release WO#s: Ensure alignment by creating and releasing WO#s in SAP and VA#s in WorkStudio. VMPI Program Work: Participate in VMPI program activities. Streamline Processes: Optimize construction and VM support processes in SAP and WorkStudio. Internal Stakeholder Follow-Up: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including design requestors. Attend Scheduling Meetings: Participate in scheduling meetings and understanding schedules. Close Out & Reconcile Jobs: Finalize and reconcile jobs/operations in SAP and WorkStudio. Outbound Notification Coordination: Manage outbound notification calls and emails. Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle various tasks such as re-ordering door cards, IT/MDT support, badges/onboarding, OHSI entry in CRS, and generating Bus Obj/WorkStudio reports
