The Work Control Specialist is the primary driver of CMMS (InfraLink) administration and processes and is responsible for the above functions, utilizing external and team member resources where applicable and ensuring an overall efficient workflow. M.C. Dean utilizes a proprietary computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) – this system is called InfraLink and it supports the following functions: Document in detail all physical assets within our facilities. Plan and schedule required maintenance for assets. Document and track unplanned (corrective) repairs and maintenance. Enable the management of overall program resources (primarily labor) and enable efficient workflows. Evaluate overall performance of the program via Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as response time, open duration, time pending procurement, issue type recurrence, etc. Enable short- and long-term tracking, trending, analysis, and decision making.
