About The Position

As a Work Control Specialist at JLL, you'll serve as the vital connection between our clients and service delivery teams, managing the complete lifecycle of maintenance requests from initial contact through resolution. You'll coordinate planned and unplanned work using CMMS platforms like Corrigo and government systems, while taking personal ownership of client satisfaction. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with demonstrated ability to build positive client relationships
  • Proven experience with work management systems.
  • Experience managing work responsibilities in both virtual and traditional office environments
  • Strong background in activities coordination and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment including multi-line phone systems, computers, and standard office software

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in facilities management, property management, or related field
  • Knowledge of additional CMMS platforms beyond Corrigo
  • Experience with subcontractor coordination and vendor management

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process service calls, providing initial troubleshooting and exceptional customer service
  • Dispatch work orders to technicians and subcontractors using government and internal systems
  • Update CMMS platforms (Corrigo and government systems) with accurate work order details and progress tracking
  • Maintain ongoing client communication throughout the service process to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate activities between clients, technicians, and subcontractors to accomplish service goals efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while taking personal ownership of each client's experience
  • Update contract databases including reporting, training records, and subcontractor information
  • Manage invoice processing workflows to ensure accuracy and timely payment of vendor invoices
