About The Position

Join Team Outsider’s Guest Services Team as a Night Host! Are you passionate about creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive experience for guests after the sun goes down? Do you shine in roles where you can help people feel at ease while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Join Team Outsider as a Night Host and help us deliver warm hospitality and peace of mind during the evening hours at our growing network of campgrounds! As a Night Host, you’ll be an integral part of our evening hospitality experience. You’ll assist with guest arrivals, answer questions, provide guidance around the campground, and offer a supportive presence during the nighttime hours. Your friendly demeanor, patience, and commitment to great hospitality will help ensure every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. This is a part-time, hourly role scheduled Thursday–Saturday from 3:00pm–10:00pm and Sunday from 3:00pm–8:00pm. Perfect for Work Campers This role is a wonderful fit for a work camper seeking a seasonal opportunity with an RV site at a fantastic campground.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and mouse, and be able to look at a computer screen, occasionally for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 80%).
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with evening check-ins, answer questions, and help guests feel at home.
  • Address guest needs and inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and care.
  • Promote a peaceful nighttime environment by being present, attentive, and ready to help.
  • Share information about campground guidelines, local attractions, and late-arrival procedures.
  • Work closely with fellow team members and the Maintenance Lead to support exceptional guest experiences.
