About The Position

As a Guest Services Team Member, you'll be the heart of our campground's hospitality experience. You'll welcome guests, answer their questions, assist with reservations and check-ins, handle store sales, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone who visits. Your friendly demeanor and passion for customer service will make a lasting impression and create a welcoming atmosphere for all. This is a full time, hourly role that will begin in early April 2026. This is an ideal role for a work camper or traveling couple seeking a full-time opportunity with an RV site at an incredible campground. The position may also be shared between two travel companions if both individuals are qualified and a great fit for the team.

Requirements

  • Communication Superstar: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to think on your feet and resolve guest issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with enthusiasm, answer their questions, and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Follow procedures for reservations, store sales, and cash handling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office and store area.
  • Share information about local attractions, campground activities, and special offers.
  • Collaborate with your fellow team members, alongside the Maintenance Lead to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
