About The Position

We're looking for a Work Authorization Compliance Senior Analyst to join our team and help support a critical compliance function. This role focuses on reviewing and remediating I-9 forms to ensure accuracy and compliance across the business. You'll operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and serve as a key partner to the field, providing support through a shared team inbox and working proactively to identify and resolve issues. Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple processes and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong work ethic and comfort with repetitive, detail-driven work
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with compliance and/or immigration-related processes
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
  • Background in analytics or data-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Using analytics, strategy, and implementation to enhance the employee and field experience
  • Reviewing remediation dashboards and field alerts for incomplete or incorrect I-9s
  • Managing a high volume of data with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supporting the team inbox to resolve field questions and I-9 issues
  • Building partnerships across teams to ensure I-9 documentation is completed accurately and in compliance
  • Communicating insights and updates effectively to drive alignment and accountability
  • Contributing to a strong team culture rooted in learning, inclusion, and shared success
