Today, we’re investing in the future of our business by hiring a Mid-Level WordPress Developer who can support our websites now, while building the coding foundation that is instrumental to tomorrow’s AI and automation solutions. We’re looking for a Mid-Level WordPress Developer who will play a critical role in daily site maintenance, occasional website builds, and—most importantly—training alongside our AI & Automation Manager to grow into an AI & Automation Specialist.

  • Manage daily site maintenance: plugin/theme updates, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security monitoring.
  • Support occasional WordPress site builds.
  • Ensure websites run smoothly, securely, and at peak performance.
  • Work closely with the AI & Automation Manager to learn practical development skills for automation.
  • Assist in designing and implementing workflows that connect websites, CRMs, and marketing platforms.
  • Learn how to build and deploy custom AI chatbots for websites and internal tools.
  • Learn to work with APIs, automation tools, and custom scripts that drive efficiency.
  • Support internal projects that enhance reporting, tracking, and operational automation.
  • 2–4 years of WordPress experience (site maintenance, custom themes/plugins, site speed, and troubleshooting).
  • Problem-solving mindset: ability to figure things out and find cleaner, faster ways to do things.
  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or custom scripts) or a desire to learn.
  • Curiosity about APIs, webhooks, and how systems connect.
  • Desire for mentorship and structure to grow into a hybrid developer role (Web + AI/Automation).
  • Good communication skills and enjoyment of being part of a collaborative in-office team.
  • Experience with AI and automation development.
  • Interest in building smarter, AI-powered systems.
  • Part-time to start, with a clear pathway to full-time.
