About The Position

We are looking for Working Trainers who will work alongside peers when not training. The position involves operating various warehouse equipment and requires a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent (GED).
• One to two years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of general warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) preferred.
• Demonstrate basic math proficiency.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of warehouse processes and systems desired.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all professional contacts.
• Move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Coach and train associates in the same work area.
• Appropriately assign routine tasks to co-workers.
