Requirements

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and pride in doing quality work.
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience (any shop, construction, or trade background is a plus).
• Desire to grow your career in a high-quality, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and assemble custom wood components — cabinetry, furniture, and architectural details.
• Work with hardwoods, veneers, laminates, MDF, and specialty materials.
• Operate woodworking equipment such as table saws, routers, planers, and CNC machines (training provided).
• Read shop drawings and work closely with designers and engineers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
