Requirements

• A high school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience; experience with industrial planing or cutting equipment is preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to make independent judgments based on various alternatives.
• Ability to perform complex procedures.
• Up to two weeks training to perform job to standard.
• Ability to handle cabinets and components up to 50% of the time.
• Understanding of label matrix, nomenclature, option codes, use of scanner, and basic mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Cut parts on a manual or automated saw based on production plan requirements.
• Move pallets of production and stack material from a pallet to a conveyor or table.
• Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators.
• Observe equipment operations to detect malfunctions and notify operators.
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually.
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on parts produced.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
