Franjo Construction ( www.franjoconstruction.com - Voted 5x Top Workplace) is looking for a Wood Framing Foreman to supervise and coordinate field crews in the construction, installation, and repair of structural wood framing for commercial building projects. This position ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. The Foreman serves as the primary on-site leader, working closely with the Project Superintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors, and crew members to maintain productive daily operations. This includes, but not limited to, coordination and execution of all self-performed work, assisting with and properly managing all subcontractors. The Foreman will have general knowledge/ understanding of all contract documents and project schedule ensuring a safe and successful project to be delivered on time. This position will work in the surrounding Pittsburgh, PA area and will report directly to the Self Perform Operations Project Manager, and indirectly to the Site Superintendent.
