About The Position
The Wonderful Leadership Program is a full-time, rotational development initiative designed for recent university graduates to cultivate their potential and become future leaders at POM Wonderful. Participants, known as Leader Trainees, will engage in various departmental rotations, launching and implementing projects that enhance business productivity and improve processes across the organization. This program offers a comprehensive experience, focusing on critical leadership and technical skills through exposure to multiple facets of the business.
