Responsibilities

• Drive the customer experience in the store based on passion for the consumer.
• Be knowledgeable about all women's products, services, history, heritage, and culture.
• Discover insights behind women's products and services for the benefit of consumers.
• Recommend the right women's brand products and services to meet consumer needs.
• Lead and direct services and programs on branded services, product knowledge, and digital services.
• Adjust and enhance the consumer's experience and store training based on market changes and consumer feedback.
• Interact with and educate consumers on all resources like digital, in-store, and community.
• Use tools to showcase head-to-toe offerings and explain features and benefits.
• Obsess over the details of the consumer's journey and needs.
• Understand multiple styles and adapt to consumer needs.
