Requirements
- Ability to deal with fast paced office environment
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Ability to handle heavy phone/patient traffic while maintaining courteous and professional demeanor
Nice To Haves
- Prior reception knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
- Greets patients and visitors in a positive and helpful manner
- Schedules patient appointments using the eClinical Works scheduling system
- Confirms, cancels and reschedules appointments as directed
- Complies with applicable policies and procedures
- Contributes to organizational operations by performing other duties as may be required
