About The Position

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner for a part-time position at their Domino's Farms & Plymouth OBGYN practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This role involves providing high-quality medical care to patients ranging from adolescents to adults, within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) framework. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including potential early mornings, late evenings, and rotating weekend shifts to enhance patient access.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Nurse Practitioner Master's Degree.
• State of Michigan License and DEA.
• ACLS and BLS Certification.
• Preferred experience in Women's Health Nursing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a multi-specialty group practice.
• Familiarity with Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women's health care to patients aged 16 and older.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality medical care.
• Participate in the Patient-Centered Medical Home model to support patient decision-making and health care participation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
