About The Position

The Women's Apparel Sales Associate at Cabela's is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the retail environment. This role involves greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The associate will also maintain product displays and stock levels while promoting store programs and sales.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Replenish product on shelves as required per merchandising guidelines.
• Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and maintain pricing and signing.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Restock merchandise as required.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and well stocked with supplies.
• Provide assistance in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating customers' needs.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
