The BYU Women’s Volleyball Assistant Coach will play an integral role in the organization, development, and daily operation of a nationally competitive NCAA Division I volleyball program. This position partners closely with the head coach to plan and execute training sessions, develop student-athletes on and off the court, and support competitive preparation at the conference and national levels. The assistant coach contributes to recruiting, game planning, player development, and program culture, while upholding BYU’s commitment to academic excellence, character development, and faith-centered leadership. The role requires a strong passion for mentoring student-athletes, a collaborative coaching approach, and a dedication to fostering both athletic performance and personal growth within a values-driven environment.
