The Incumbent is also responsible for club fitting, equipment support, and talent recruitment.

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office.
  • Competitive playing background essential (high level collegiate or Tour professional).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Multiple years of experience in the golf industry preferred.
  • Golf club fitting skills preferred.
  • Basic club-building experience preferred.
  • Regularly required to travel (domestic and some international)
  • Regularly required to lift heavy loads (up to seventy pounds)
  • Regularly required to spend ample time on feet.
  • Regularly required to work with tools.
  • Regularly required to work outside in the elements.
  • Regularly required to work in a trailer where access is by stairway only.
  • Regularly required to work on uneven terrain outside on and around golf courses.
  • Frequently required to work more than 8 hours a day.

Responsibilities

  • Support and help manage Callaway’s partnership agreement with the Epson Tour.
  • Responsible for all Callaway product promotions and communication on the Epson Tour.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to Epson Tour professionals on club specifications, features and benefits and assist with comprehensive club fitting.
  • Place orders for customized golf equipment for Epson Tour professionals, ensure timely delivery of equipment and follow up regularly to ensure player satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of all product activities and player orders.
  • Manage weekly softgoods (headwear, gloves, balls) distribution to players.
  • Forecast product usage, manage inventories, and order demo stock products on a weekly basis.
  • Study player performance statistics on weekly basis and make data driven recommendations when it comes to product fittings and equipment changes.
  • Build strong relationships with players, caddies, instructors, agents, media and Tour officials.
  • Identify and cultivate recruiting opportunities with high-potential players for consideration.
  • Attend select LPGA Tour events to support the LPGA Tour team as assigned by management.
  • Attend select collegiate and amateur events to support the Callaway NEXT program as assigned by management.
  • Support and help manage Callaway’s partnership agreement with the ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour.
  • Plan and execute new product introductions across assigned Tours and development platforms.
  • Learn and implement advanced product fitting techniques to deliver best-in-class fitting experiences; work closely with Callaway R&D to understand all product specifications and customization capabilities, and provide detailed, data-supported feedback to inform future product development.
  • Proactively solve problems and resolve issues that arise in the field.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by Pro Tour management.
