About The Position

D1 Training North Shore is an elite athletic performance facility where youth athletes and adults train with intensity, purpose, and real results. Our programs are built on collegiate and professional training principles, delivered in a high-energy, supportive community. We are growing our coaching team and are seeking female coaches with collegiate athletic experience who are confident leading both co-ed group training sessions and personal training for women and athletes of all ages. If you competed at the college level and love coaching, motivating, and building strong, capable athletes — this role was built for you. As a Performance Coach, you will lead: Co-ed group training sessions for adults and youth athletes One-on-one personal training (including many female clients) Team-style workouts focused on strength, speed, and conditioning You’ll coach with authority and enthusiasm while adapting movements to every ability level. D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development. At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the world’s best athletes and deliver the, in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout, every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.

Requirements

  • Collegiate athletic background strongly preferred (D1 or D2 ideal — all college athletes considered)
  • Former collegiate athlete mindset and work ethic
  • Experience in group training and personal training
  • Strong communication and leadership presence
  • Passion for strength, performance, and coaching people
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications are a plus — but real athletic experience and coaching ability matter more.
