About The Position

The Women’s Locker Room Attendant is a friendly face and the trusted point of contact for our women members, delivering an elevated, personalized experience in a refined private club setting. This role ensures the locker room is immaculate, serene, and fully prepared while anticipating member needs with warmth, discretion, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, luxury service, or private club environments preferred, but not required.
  • Polished communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in member-facing roles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team atmosphere.
  • Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform regular cleaning duties.
  • Must be female, as this role involves working in a female-only locker room.
  • All offers of employment are based upon satisfactory completion of background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet female members and guests warmly, offering assistance with lockers, amenities, and personal needs.
  • Support member needs discreetly and promptly, respecting their privacy and comfort.
  • Assist in planning and supporting women’s golf tournaments, while ensuring the locker room is a welcoming and comfortable environment for all participants.
  • Assist with locker assignments, member preferences, and special requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all locker room areas, including showers, vanities, bathroom stalls, and lounge spaces.
  • Ensure fresh towels, toiletries, and refreshments are consistently available.
  • Report any maintenance concerns or safety issues to the appropriate team members and staff.
  • Maintain supply inventory and notify supervisor when restocking is needed.
  • Collect and launder used towels and garments in accordance with club standards.
  • Follow club policies and procedures regarding any lost and found items or guest interactions.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Club Assistant General Manager, General Manager, or direct supervisor.
