The Locker Room Attendant will clean and maintain Member locker rooms while providing excellent customer service to all Members and Guests. Enhancing the lives of Members and Guests with “WOW” moments they can’t live without.

Minimum 6 months related experience
Must be able to communicate and understand the predominant language of our members and guests
Must be a team player; possess the ability to collaborate and work well with others
Must possess the ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain excellent service standards
Must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 15-20+ pounds
Ability to handle many tasks at once
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe and lift to perform job functions
Must be able to work day and/or night hours, occasional long hours, weekends and holidays
Lifting of heavy objects such as kegs, cases of beer, bottled water, Gatorades etc.,
Handling of sharp objects such as flatware

Responsibilities

Interact with members, guests, and fellow employees in a respectful and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness of Members’ locker room and restroom.
Set out refreshments for Members and guests, maintain cleanliness of snack area.
Coordinate shoe cleaning with Locker Room Manager
Asking Members if they would like their shoes cleaned, bringing dirty shoes to be cleaned by Locker Room Manager and returning clean shoes to lockers
Keep snack/coffee area stocked with cups, stirrers, napkins, etc.
Set up television and music in locker room.
Regularly walk through the locker room and restroom, assessing cleanliness and cleaning when necessary.
Take out trash, empty dirty laundry
Keep supplies stocked, including toilet paper, washcloths, and other toiletries.
Other duties as assigned.
