The Women’s Health Service Line Leader is responsible for leading and managing Women’s Health and Ultrasound Imaging services for multiple locations within the Network. This includes oversight of operations, daily workflows, staff and patient scheduling to ensure safe, high-quality care, optimized access, and patient satisfaction. The Women’s Health Service Line Leader will identify, assess, and mitigate operational and clinical risks that may impact patient safety, continuity of care, data integrity, or access to services. The Women’s Health Service Line Leader works with Medical and Operational leaders to meet budget and financial performance across all locations. The Leader also partners with compliance and human resources to ensure adherence to all state and federal healthcare regulations and employment laws. The Leader supports the Network’s mission, vision, and core values through providing exceptional service, efficiencies, and meeting high-quality standards and works alongside leadership on strategic planning and execution. The Women’s Health Service Line Leader directly oversees the Patient Services Leader, Nurse Leader, and Ultrasound Lead while working closely with the Operations and Medical Leaders on day-to-day problem solving, co-management of operational performance and implementation of strategic and value-based care objectives. Strong collaboration with leaders across the organization is essential to make data driven decisions that proactively address patient safety risks, drive quality improvement and maintain equitable access.
