We’re seeking a compassionate PTA with a passion for women’s health who wants to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, PT-owned practice. Why This Role is Extraordinary Specialized Care: Work with pelvic floor dysfunction, pre/postnatal musculoskeletal care, women’s orthopedic & sports injuries, and post-surgical rehab. Quality Over Quantity: 8–11 patients/day. Reasonable productivity metrics allowing you to focus on patient experience & outcomes that change lives. PT-Led Practice: Decisions driven by clinicians, not corporations.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (Texas).
- Orthopedic experience with interest in women’s health.
- Women’s health training or commitment to pursue.
- Positive, team-oriented professional with a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based treatments under a licensed PT’s plan of care.
- Assist in pelvic floor and orthopedic rehabilitation using therapeutic exercise & manual techniques.
- Educate and encourage patients through their recovery journey.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to our culture of learning and excellence.
