About The Position

The Women, Infant, Children Product Administrative Support role at P.L. Marketing involves organizing, submitting, and tracking the approval process for eligible Kroger Our Brand Products. The position requires effective communication with various teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with state policies and to identify eligible items for submission. This hybrid role necessitates working in the Corporate Office at least one half day per week, supporting item submission responsibilities, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or any appropriate combination of education and experience.
• Administrative experience in an office environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of internet, email, and web-based applications.
• Organizational and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an audience.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and issues.

Nice To Haves

• Retail or grocery experience.
• Certified Scrum Master certification.

Responsibilities

• Organize, submit, and track the submission and approval process of Women, Infant, Children eligible Kroger Our Brand Products.
• Identify potentially eligible items for submission and stay current on category and state policies.
• Communicate opportunities to relevant Corporate Food Technology, Merchandising, and Our Brand teams.
• Support Women, Infant, Children item submission responsibilities.
• Provide necessary approval statuses and submission information to teams.
• Communicate with Kroger, Suppliers, and P.L. Marketing employees in a professional manner.
• Assist in any special projects as needed.
