We are seeking a refined and trained Water Mitigation Technician with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in mitigation and restoration, computer skills, and preferably hold IICRC certification. This role involves working closely with customers, demonstrating honesty and integrity, and performing physically demanding tasks, including the ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• IICRC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Point person and first responder for every emergency loss.
• Establishes and records the scope of work to be accomplished.
• Coordinates and supervises work on Emergency Water Services (to include extraction, developing drying plans, and providing project documentation). Document the claim using any or all of the industry standards software.
• Coordinates and supervises work on Emergency Fire/Smoke Services (to include deodorization, pack-outs, board-ups, and securing structure).
• Coordinates and supervises work on Mold Remediation (including demolition and cleaning).
• Oversees Equipment Maintenance and expendables.
• Communicates with Management & Customers.
• Trains and supervises emergency services technicians and assistant technicians.
• Maintains relationship with adjusters and communicates with updates as needed.
• Performs on-call rotation and after-hours administrative intake as well as processing new claims as needed.
• Completes jobs successfully and obtains certificate of completion.
