We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused WMS Support, 2nd Shift resource to join our WMS team to provide on-site support to management and users in our Garland, UT distribution center (DC). A day in the office looks like this: Primary on-site support for key DC applications and technologies, including but not limited to WMS and WCS systems. Provide technical support to DC management and end users. Facilitate timely problem/issue identification, communication/escalation, troubleshooting and resolution. Perform system monitoring and maintenance activities to ensure system health, performance and data integrity. Develop and maintain system dashboards, reports and queries to support evolving business processes. Administer users/devices and maintain system security and user profiles. Assist with identification of system and process improvements. Gather business requirements and document use cases for large system changes. Collaborate with central IT development and support teams to effectively develop and test WMS enhancements, integration changes and system upgrades. Collaborate with and assist other on-site IT infrastructure support resources as needed.
